About me<\/p>\n

Sandra Jakul\u0117 \u2013 independent real estate agent in Vilnius<\/h1>\n

I have worked in real estate since 2013. For several years I worked at agencies \u2013 RE\/MAX, NNTB and URBAN ESTATE. Now I work independently, so I can offer more flexible terms. Over this time I have completed more than 250 deals.<\/p>\n

I sell flats, houses and land plots in all Vilnius neighbourhoods and the Vilnius district. Many of my clients live abroad or in another city. In that case I take care of everything in Vilnius: I show the property, negotiate and handle the documents, and we sign the deal by power of attorney or remotely.<\/p>\n

I speak Lithuanian, English and Russian.<\/p>\n

2013<\/p>

I started working as a real estate agent at RE\/MAX.<\/p><\/div>\n

Later<\/p>

I worked at the NNTB and URBAN ESTATE agencies in Vilnius.<\/p><\/div>\n

Now<\/p>

I work independently. This makes me more flexible for myself and for my clients, because I don’t have to follow agency rules.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Since 2013 \u2013 more than 250 deals<\/p>

I worked at RE\/MAX, NNTB and URBAN ESTATE, and now I work independently. I have sold both properties that sell fast and more complicated ones.<\/p><\/div>\n

No upfront fee<\/p>

You pay only when the property is sold and you have received the money. I cover the costs of advertising and travelling to viewings. My fee is 2\u20133 % of the sale price.<\/p><\/div>\n

Flexible contract<\/p>

I adapt the contract terms to your situation and needs. If my work doesn’t suit you, you can easily end the contract. It can also be signed online.<\/p><\/div>\n

Documents and the notary, even if you live abroad<\/p>

I help you get any missing documents. I can represent you by power of attorney and deal with the notary on your behalf.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In this work, what matters most to me is mutual understanding and clarity.<\/p>\n

If something in my way of working doesn’t suit you, I’ll ask you to tell me directly. That way I’ll understand what you expect from me.<\/p>\n

When you sell<\/p>

I let you know about every event: calls and emails from interested buyers, comments during viewings. I tell you exactly what I have done to advertise the property.<\/p><\/div>\n

When you buy<\/p>

I find out as much as possible about your requirements and make a concrete plan. I keep you informed about every step, so you know what has been done and what I plan to do next.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
