I'm Sandra Jakulė, an independent real estate agent (realtor) in Vilnius. I have worked in real estate since 2013 and have completed more than 250 deals. I sell flats, houses and land plots in all Vilnius neighbourhoods and the Vilnius district, and advise buyers and sellers (consultation 50 €, in person or online). Many of my clients are owners who live abroad or in another city. I speak Lithuanian, English and Russian. My fee is 2–3 % of the sale price, with no upfront fee.

Frequently asked questions
Can I sell my flat in Vilnius without coming back from abroad?
Yes. The deal is signed with a notarised power of attorney or remotely via e-notary. I coordinate the viewings, negotiations and documents.
Will I have to talk to buyers myself?
No, unless you want to. All calls and viewings go through me.
How much do your services cost?
For sellers – 2–3 % of the final sale price, or 1500 € when the property is worth less than 50 000 €. No upfront fee.
Can I just get a consultation?
Yes. A consultation for buyers or sellers costs 50 €, lasts up to an hour and takes place in person in Vilnius or online.
How long does a sale take?
It depends on the property and the price. I'll show you examples of similar properties I have sold.
How is an independent agent different from an agency?
You work directly with me from the first call to the notary, and I can adapt the terms to your situation.

About me
I have worked in real estate since 2013. For several years I worked at agencies – RE/MAX, NNTB and URBAN ESTATE. Now I work independently, so I can offer more flexible terms. Over this time I have completed more than 250 deals.
I sell flats, houses and land plots in all Vilnius neighbourhoods and the Vilnius district. Many of my clients live abroad or in another city. In that case I take care of everything in Vilnius: I show the property, negotiate and handle the documents, and we sign the deal by power of attorney or remotely.
